Who is responsible for your data

Erwin Farret Ramos, which operates the Cero7 brand, with its address at Interior Norte 9, Supermanzana 46, Cancún, Quintana Roo, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. What data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, job title, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your business: trading name, industry, location, website, social media, customers, competitors and the brand information you share.
• Your business's financial and commercial data: approximate sales, sales targets, average ticket and advertising spend, only if you provide them in our onboarding questionnaire.
• Browsing data: pages visited and technical device data, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes, for the relationship you ask us for:

• Answering your messages and scheduling the calls you request.
• Assessing your brand and preparing your diagnosis, proposal and quote.
• Saving your progress in the onboarding questionnaire and, if you leave it unfinished, sending you a reminder with a link to continue.
• Providing the services you hire and following up on them.
• Invoicing and meeting legal obligations.

Additional purposes, which you can refuse without affecting the above:

• Sending you Cero7 content, news and offers.
• Measuring and improving our site and campaigns, only with your cookie consent.

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purposes, write to hola@cero7.agency.

Your financial data

We process your business's financial and commercial data only with your express consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box before starting the questionnaire. We use it solely to prepare your diagnosis and proposal, and only the Cero7 team sees it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes without your consent. To operate, we rely on providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Website hosting and email (Hostinger).
• Call scheduling (Cal.com), when you book a call.
• Analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), only if you accept those cookies.

We may disclose data to authorities when a law or a competent order requires it.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it or object to its use (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data. Send your request to hola@cero7.agency with:

• Your name and a way to reply to you.
• An ID, or the document that accredits whoever represents you.
• A description of the data and the right you want to exercise.

We will reply within the time limits set by law. If you believe we did not handle your request, you may turn to the competent personal data protection authority in Mexico.

Cookies and storage in your browser

We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them, by category, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the foot of the site. The onboarding questionnaire saves your progress in your browser and, once you accept this notice, on our server too, so you can continue from another device and so we can remind you if you leave it unfinished. We delete it when you send it or after 30 days without activity. The details are in our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the purposes of this notice require and for the periods the law demands; after that we delete or block it. Unfinished questionnaires are deleted after 30 days without activity.

Any change is published on this page with its update date.
