07 — INTEGRATED MARKETING & BUSINESS

We build the machine. not just the campaign.

  • Fixed scope and price
  • Delivered pillar by pillar
  • No account manager

Seven pillars that close the gap between what your marketing promises and what your operation can actually sustain. Hire one, or assemble them into a full system.

No forty-page proposal. You leave the first call with a scope and a number.

THE PROBLEM

The bottleneck isn't the idea. It's the execution.

Strategy is rarely what's missing. What's missing is someone to run it and leave it documented.

Leads go cold before anyone answers

They arrive at 7pm on a Friday and get answered on Monday. By then they've already quoted with someone else.

It all lives in one person's head

If that person quits or takes a holiday, the process stops. Nothing is written down or automated.

Nobody knows which campaign worked

Without server-side tracking, ad blockers eat half your conversions and you're deciding blind.

THE SEVEN PILLARS

Seven disciplines, one focus

Each pillar can be hired on its own or assembled with the rest. Open one to see what it covers.

  1. Marketing execution

Senior direction plus the execution that holds it up: the plan, the budget, the media, and the weekly follow-through.

    Deliverables

    • Fractional CMO / Head of Marketing
    • Calendar planning, annual budget and spend control
    • Go-to-market strategy and per-channel tactical plan
    • Online and offline media planning and buying, partnerships and sponsorships
    • Market intelligence: benchmarking, research and pricing
    • KPIs, attribution models and executive dashboards

    MONTHLY RETAINER

    Book
  2. Graphic design & video

Identity that survives contact with reality, plus the material to apply it: it holds up equally in a 1080px ad, on packaging, and on a t-shirt.

    Deliverables

    • Brand identity: naming, logo and visual system
    • Graphic design for campaigns, social, point of sale and print
    • Video editing: vertical cuts, paid creative and captions
    • Brand refresh and creative direction for integrated campaigns
    • Packaging and POP materials

    3–6 WEEKS

  3. Business & finance

The work that holds marketing up: what it costs, who does it, and whether it actually makes money.

    Deliverables

    • P&L by business line or project
    • Financial planning and budget control
    • Org and team structure
    • General administration: processes, vendors and contracts
    • Project management for campaigns and launches

    PROJECT OR RETAINER

    Book
  4. Digital marketing & performance

Paid and measurement wired to each other, not two vendors who never speak.

    Deliverables

    • Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic
    • SEM and SEO: audit and multi-domain consolidation
    • CAPI and server-side tracking that survives ad blockers
    • Analytics: GA4, BigQuery and Looker Studio
    • Creative and budget optimisation per channel

    MONTHLY RETAINER

    Book
  5. E-commerce & web development

Sites and stores that load fast, read mobile-first, and are instrumented to measure from day one.

    Deliverables

    • Development and maintenance in WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify
    • Hands-on customisation in PHP and SQL
    • UX/UI for sites and conversion funnels
    • Speed and Core Web Vitals as an acceptance criterion

    4–8 WEEKS

  6. Social media & community

The brand live: the calendar, the conversation it starts, and what gets said about you when you're not looking.

    Deliverables

    • Social media strategy and management
    • Community management and social listening
    • Influencer marketing campaigns
    • PR, spokesperson work and crisis management

  7. Marketing automation & CRM

The CRM actually configured, and flows that run on their own — so follow-up doesn't depend on someone remembering.

    Deliverables

    • CRM implementation and administration: Salesforce, HubSpot
    • Email marketing and automated flows in Klaviyo
    • Behavioural personalisation and segmentation
    • Lead scoring, routing and automatic internal alerts
    • Process automation with n8n and custom integrations

THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES

How we decide when a decision has to be made

Seven rules that cut across all seven pillars. When they conflict with a preference, the rule wins.

  1. Clarity before noise

  2. Data before assumptions

  3. Consistency before isolated campaigns

  4. Brand before discount

  5. Customer before vanity metrics

  6. System before effort

  7. Outcome before aesthetics

HOW WE WORK

Three steps, no ceremony

  1. Diagnostic call

Fifteen minutes. We look at what's broken, what already works, and whether this is even a problem we should be solving.

  2. Scope and number

Within 48 hours you get a one-page document: what ships, on what dates, and what it costs. Fixed price, not hourly.

  3. Execution with direct access

Shared channel, visible progress every week, documented handover at close. No account manager in the middle.

WHO EXECUTES

One person accountable, not an org chart

Erwin Farret

Founder and director

I run marketing and operations for companies that are already trading and need senior judgement without opening a full-time role. I work directly with the client team: no account manager, no intermediate layers, and with the documentation needed to run what we build without depending on me.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What people ask before the call

How does Cero7 quote?

Fixed price against a defined scope, never hourly. After a 15-minute call you get a one-page document within 48 hours: what ships, on what dates, and what it costs. If the scope changes it gets re-quoted; the number does not move mid-engagement.

Can I hire a single pillar, or do I have to take all of them?

A single one. Each of the seven pillars is hired separately and stands on its own. They assemble when it makes sense — performance and CRM automation return more together than apart — but it is never a requirement.

What does the Business & finance pillar include?

P&L build and control by business line or project, financial planning and budget control, org and team structure design, general administration of processes, vendors and contracts, and project management for campaigns and launches.

Do you work per project or on a monthly retainer?

It depends on the pillar. Marketing execution, performance, and social media and community are monthly retainers because they need continuous operation. Graphic design, e-commerce and CRM automation are quoted per project with a delivery date. Business and finance works either way.

Who actually does the work?

Erwin Farret, directly. There is no account manager between you and whoever executes: the channel is shared, progress is visible every week, and the engagement closes with documentation so your team can run it without us.

Which countries do you work in?

Mexico, Latin America and the United States, remotely. The site and all communication run in Spanish and English, and offline media buying is operated in Mexico.

How quickly can we start?

The diagnostic call is 15 minutes and is usually booked the same day. The scope with pricing arrives within 48 hours. Execution starts on approval — delivery ranges from 4 weeks for an automation pilot to 12 weeks for a full implementation.

What tools do you work with?

Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads for paid; GA4, BigQuery and Looker Studio for analytics; Klaviyo for email; HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM; n8n for process automation; WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify for e-commerce. We work on the stack you already have before proposing a migration.
